Our proposal for the redevelopment of Malmesbury Garden Centre includes:
• A Sainsbury’s store with a sales area of 30,000 ft2 providing the full Sainsbury’s range of groceries.
• By comparison, the new foodstore would be half the size of the Chippenham Sainsbury’s and roughly the same size as the Morrisons in Chippenham.
• A dedicated 272 space car park; including 17 disabled and 10 parent and child parking spaces.
• A three pump petrol station with six fuelling points close to the entrance of the store.
• Full recycling facilities in the car park.
• Deli, bakery, fish and meat counters
• The store will stock some non-food products representing approximately 7,000 ft2 of the sales area. This includes a newspaper kiosk, adult and children’s clothing, CDs and DVDs, a homeware range and seasonal merchandise.
