Sainsbury’s would like to come to Malmesbury and believes Malmesbury Garden Centre is the right site for a new foodstore.

Our proposal includes a store and café, a petrol station and up to six new employment units.

If planning permission is granted the store will create up to 200 new full and part-time jobs and support local enterprise.

It will also enable residents to carry out a weekly shop locally reducing the need to travel outside Malmesbury to other large foodstores in neighbouring towns such as Chippenham, Cirencester, Tetbury and Swindon.
